Risk, Personality & Creativity

Creativity in the workplace is important for more than making aesthetically pleasing documents and images. In today’s uncertain and complex world, the ability to identify and recruit creative thinkers and creative problem solvers is critical for success.

You are invited to participate in a study investigating the relationships between risk taking, personality, personal values, ‘mindset’ and creativity. If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete two online surveys that should take a total of approximately 20 minutes to finish. On completing the survey you will receive a free Risk Type Compass Personal Report, worth £42. All data is anonymised.
