As luxury brands are rapidly expanding in societies across the globe, is luxury becoming increasingly accessible and losing its exclusivity? Does exclusivity provide us with a more sustained model of consumption – producing less but for longer? These are just a few of the questions that will be addressed during the discussing with guest speakers Kate Davies (Unknown Fields/LiquidFactory/RAVEN), Jonathan Faiers (Professor of Fashion Thinking, Winchester School of Art) and Jo Littler (Reader in the Department of Sociology at City, University of London) at the Design Museum.
